Public Art > The Passage

An informal entry to the new Human and Civil Rights Museum in Atlanta Georgia. Water flows over large etched glass panels with quotations from Margaret Mead and Nelson Mandala. The glass is framed by two stainless steel monuments, water is treated and recirculated by an elaborate underground pump room. JunoWorks was responsible for the entire piece including glass, water system and of course the stainless steel. John Grant our chief collaborator is responsible for pulling together several complicated systems with a very tight deadline to make this sculpture the huge success that it is. His efforts can't be overstated. Our first project with Larry Kirkland with two more in the works right now. The hand sketch shows the initial concept.
